What people are saying
I grew up on School St. My father went to school with the owner of your company. I’ve had many dry ice blocks from your ice company either thrown in my pool or used as trick or treat gags in my childhood and I have to say, now as an adult and a vet, you guys are putting out some of the best beer I have tasted anywhere in the world, seeing how I’ve been around it 3x in the awesome U.S. Navy.
I am a “beer nerd” and had an opportunity to enjoy both the Ten Penny and Hop’t Scot at the BCTC beer fest in Cooperstown, NY, last summer. Needless to say, I became an instant fan and was glad to have had the opportunity. I would love to buy a Ten Penny and (2) Hop’t Scot tap handles as I wouldn’t mind gifting one of the Hop’t Scot to a friend. Thanks so much, I am truly envious of your craft!
This past weekend I attended the Providence Beerfest where I had the pleasure of tasting your Dirty Penny Ale. I used to attend college in Providence, but I’ve recently moved back to NJ. I would love to buy some Dirty Penny Ale and share the great taste with friends and family around here!
I’ve absolutely fallen in love with Ten Penny Ale – truly one of the best beers I’ve ever tasted! I travel to Hartford currently weekly from Tampa and plan to bring some back home. Thanks for making such a great beer!
I just wanted to express my gratitude to your brewery. My Dad and I tried some of your beers in Saratoga Springs, NY and absolutely loved it! Keep up the good work! We will continue to consume. Cheers!
Hello….I came up here to CT from PA for a vacation; I went to buy some beer and I saw your Hop’t Scot, so I bought it and tried it and fell in love. I see you all have Celtic backgrounds? As do I, I’m the 3rd generation Scot in this country and I love to try any beer that is Scot-based and I must say, “Way to go boys; this beer is very, very good!” Catch you on the flip side!
As always, you guys are the best. I travel far and beyond for work and have been pushing Olde Burnside products going back before Dirty Penny. The service has never changed! Justin at The Rt.6 Taphouse is more than appreciative for the opportunity to meet Bob and talk beer. Ten Penny will be a staple on tap now and they want to take Penny Weiz in the summer and Dirty Penny in the fall.
Hi! I LOVE your Dirty Penny Ale, but I’ve moved to Washington, DC. Do you know where I might buy your beer? Do I have to come to CT? I need the most awesome beer in the world!
“Ten Penny Ale” sells itself!
